Organic Carbon Engine

The OCE is a continuous-feed, retort style device, whose outputs are biochar, heat, CO2, biofuel and pyroligneous acid (wood vinegar). The biofuel (syngas and bio-oil) is divided to support the pyrolysis reaction within the OCE and to generate electricity for the biorefinery.  The remaining heat-power can be used for support additional greenhouses, or business as behind the grid power supply.

Photo Bio Reactor

The Photo Bio Reactor (PBR) consists of a greenhouse structure with algae ponds (raceways) that are independent of each other but connected to a common central collection system, and additional photobioreactor tubes. The PBR tubes support enhanced CO2 sequestration after 4-6 days of growth in the raceways. Once harvested the water is circulated back into a raceway establishing a new growth cycle.

Anaerobic Bio Reactor

The Anaerobic Bio Reactor (ABR) is a multi-stage bio-digester, the final process in the algae derived biostimulant, REGNiSYS.  The ABR process is designed to be a batch continuous digester that outputs approximately 250 gallons of marketable organic plant nutrients every two days and generates approximately 13.4 cubic feet at 20 PSIG of biomethane daily. The system is designed to circulate the biomethane to the OCE to supplement the fuel needed for the pyrolysis in the OCE or elsewhere in the system as an alternate fuel supply.
